This tool usually get installed as part of the Autodesk Suite software installation or you can download the Autodesk Uninstall Tool here : To uninstall you can either install software using the Windows Add/Remove Programs tool in the Windows control panel or you can use the Autodesk Uninstall tool. I suggested that we uninstall the Autodesk software and thereafter also delete the activation and licensing information. I checked their PC using remote tools like Teamviewer and I could also could not activate the software. They mentioned that something had gone wrong and the activation could not be completed. We recently had a customer contact us and they mentioned that they had issues with activating their Autodesk software.
